I read lots of the reviews before I hesitantly ordered my regular dress shoe size. I received them yesterday and I am beyond THRILLED! First, if you don't regularly wear 3-4inch heels, these may feel very high. If, like me, you wear them weekly then you will love them! Second, the quality is exceptional! Third, order your normal heel shoe size. I hesitated, but am glad I did; they fit perfect. Expect them to be a little tight, but as you normally would, wear them around a few times to break them in before the big event. Finally, I don't believe you will be wearing these all night, especially to dance the night away in, so think about an alternative!
