This double strap style offers you the security of an ankle strap, without it! We crafted this double foot strap to hug your foot in all the right places.
Sizing: Medium width, true to size. These tend to run more on the “small size”. If you are a half size, we suggest sizing UP to the nearest whole size. If you have a WIDE foot, we also suggest sizing up 1 size.
If your foot is wider or the plastic feels tight, you may apply heat from a blow dryer for 10-30 seconds to help the plastic expand and stretch.

I originally bought heels that had an ankle strap and were 5 inches… but they just felt unbalanced and a little small so I returned them to try these. I got an 8 (usually a 7.5-8) and they fit perfectly. I love the plastic support strap higher up- I NEVER wear heels like this so I was worried, however I feel like after practice they will be completely normal feeling to walk in. Very comfy. Highly recommend!
